    AQUA Dermatology is a portfolio practice, which is Florida's largest and most comprehensive full-service skin care provider in the Southeast, offering medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, vein care, and radiation oncology.

    Founded in 1998, AQUA Dermatology is the Southeast's premier dermatology practice with over 100 locations throughout Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.

    Our established practices and experienced physicians offer patients the highest quality outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. From common rashes to skin cancer treatments, and plastic surgery procedures to an array of vein treatments, no case is beyond our experience and expertise
    We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will support our efforts within the state of Alabama. The Marketing Manager will be instrumental in executing marketing and growth strategies across our Alabama locations.

    Focused on hands-on engagement and support, this role is ideal for someone who excels in operational execution, has a knack for driving volume at ramping locations, and is comfortable with frequent travel to ensure the success of our providers and practices.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Actively engage with and support our Alabama locations, focusing on areas needing volume enhancement or are in the ramping phase.

    Implement marketing and promotional activities on the ground, ensuring each location's specific needs are met.
    Coordinate and execute social media strategies for Alabama practices
    Coordinate with the Director of Marketing/local leadership to execute local marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events.
    Facilitate the integration of new physicians, and providers, focusing on operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Serve as the primary point of contact between the practice, physicians, office staff, and the marketing department, fostering strong relationships.

    Organize and conduct training sessions for office managers and regional directors on referral marketing and local promotional activities.

    Represent the practice at community events, health fairs, and business development opportunities to enhance brand presence and forge new relationships.

    Attend and participate in networking events and relevant community functions to promote AQUA Dermatology services.
    Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, focusing on metrics like patient volume and ROI.

    Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous enhancement of marketing efforts.

    Proactively work on leads, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to grow patient volume through targeted engagement and follow-ups as required.

    Regular travel to multiple locations across Alabama, providing on-site marketing support and ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
    Adaptability to the evolving needs of different locations and the ability to address challenges on the go.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing execution or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
    Experience in a medical setting is an advantage.
    Travel
    Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout Alabama.

    Other Requirements:
    A proactive and dynamic approach, with a focus on results and problem-solving.
    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
    High level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
    Physical ability to travel and carry marketing materials up to 35 pounds.
