- Bachelor's Degree - Required
- MBA - Preferred
- 10+ years of experience in driving revenue through marketing activities
- Local, retail, marketing experience preferred
- Experience in national and local partnerships for retail and social groups
- Interest in childcare, education, or family-related topics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to run complex processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive with strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Travel required up to one week a month
