    Description

    Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading financial organization in Jacksonville FL for a contract Business Analyst to assist their team. It will be a Hybrid role.
    Title: Business Analyst
    Location: Jacksonville FL (Need Local)
    Duration: 12+ months

    Required skills:

    • 5+ years of business analyst experience

    • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data requirements for developers

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Detail oriented with the ability to handle a variety of tasks

    • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work, manage complexity and deliver solutions on deadlines

    • Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to work with the stakeholders to understand the concerns, risks and issues

    • Ability to act as a liaison between business and technology teams

    • Demonstrated passion for intellectual curiosity and accuracy

    • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint) skills

    • Experience and/or knowledge of Data Privacy Laws

    • Experience with the Agile software development lifecycle methodology

    • Bank of America experience
