What you will do here:
After your training, you will create IT concepts by capturing, structuring, and analyzing business processes
You will visualize business processes to support decision-making
You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements
You will identify stakeholder needs and translate them into technical requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)
You will be responsible for project management and quality management of IT projects
You will act as a liaison between experts from functional and technical departments to develop sustainable IT concepts

What we are looking for:
You have a basic understanding of change management processes and project management
You have project experience in cross-functional projects including methodological competence, e.g. Scrum, agile working or similar
You have successfully completed studies or training in the field of IT, business or a related field
You preferably have relevant professional experience in the IT sector (e.g
