Responsibilities

As the team leader of our modern movement support center in Hallsville, TX:

  • You will work with your clients to find the right solutions for healthy walking and running, such as our analyses, orthopedic aids, running, barefoot and children's shoes, workshops, movement school, and more.
  • You will be a knowledgeable and digital point of contact for your team.
  • You can work parttime (minimum 30 hours) or fulltime (40 hours per week).
  • You will lead and develop a team of 4 employees.
  • You will plan and organize events and activities together.
  • You will receive thorough training for your new role.
Qualifications

  • You enjoy being physically active and want to bring movement into your professional life.
  • You have extensive experience in customeroriented consulting and have a strong focus on excellent customer service.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in team leadership.
  • You are selfmotivated and solutionoriented.
  • You have a degree, qualifications, or at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, at a medical supply store, as an orthopedic technician, or as an orthopedic shoemaker.
