- Recruit, hire, and develop a world-class team to support our growing customer base
- Manage and scale a full-stack development team comprised of onshore and offshore team members
- Motivate staff and provide technical direction and guidance as both manager and mentor
- Own all operational metrics and support
- Lead, advance, and develop the company's engineering processes for product design, review, and release for improved project profitability
- Be a hands-on leader who is technically involved and helps drive initiatives
- Define, manage, and enforce engineering standards and methods according to industry best practices
- Coordinate multiple projects across multiple departments and drive innovative solutions
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
- 5+ years of hiring and managing onshore and offshore engineering team members
- Experience in breaking down monolithic architecture to improve scalability, stability and delivery efficiency.
- Experience in partnering with product and support
- Experience managing high-volume, scalable, complex, public-facing systems
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft .NET and SQL database
- 3+ years of experience in cloud computing
- 5+ years of agile development
- Experience in Financial Technology: payroll, payments, e-commerce, etc.
- Experience with SOC 2 or PCI compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or relevant years of experience

- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience working on and supporting high volume traffic web applications
