The LOXAM GmbH in Germany has over 40 branches and DIY rental stations in partnership with Bauhaus and is pursuing a significant growth course.

To strengthen our team at our DIY rental station in Berlin-Spandau, we are looking for a dedicated

Customer Advisor (m/f/d), full-time

YOUR TASKS:

Personal and telephone support of our customers at the LOXAM rental station at Bauhaus
Processing of rental transactions from the quotation phase to invoicing
Advice and instruction of customers on work equipment and construction machinery, issuing and return of materials
Implementation of marketing and sales campaigns in an interesting growth market
Close cooperation with other LOXAM locations
Our service hours are Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, we work in a shift system (early, late shift, in a 40hour week)

YOUR PROFILE:

Completion of a commercial or technical apprenticeship
Ideally experience in sales of (rental) services or tools/construction machinery
Proficiency in Office programs and preferably with CRM software Salesforce
Enjoyment of direct and telephone customer contacts
Organizational talent and enjoyment of working in a team
