- Leading and energizing a team dedicated to excellence in facilities management and maintenance.
- Ensuring optimal functionality of all facility operations, including our Maximo system for facility and machine maintenance documentation.
- Driving project completion, managing budgets, and overseeing contractors to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Innovating utility savings programs and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Managing communication systems and security infrastructure to support seamless operations.
- This role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- You will be based primarily in an office setting but will spend time in manufacturing environments and may require occasional travel and overtime to meet objectives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, applicable codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and proven project management capabilities.
