    Join Our Team at Scott Southard!

    We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our company as a key leader. Our rich history spans over a century, setting the benchmark in our industry. In this role, you will engage with our existing 2,000 business clients, foster new relationships, lead a team, and transition into the Agency Director position. As you adeptly navigate our processes and systems, you will receive a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage current client portfolio
    • Explore new B2B opportunities
    • Supervise team performance
    • Train new team members
    • Utilize Salesforce for daily activity tracking
    • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational abilities
    • Effective time management
    • Superb supervision and leadership qualities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate
    • Comfort in fast-paced environments
    • Passion for aiding others and building connections
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-driven and goal-oriented
    • Community engagement mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period
