SCOTT SOUTHARD is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, bringing with them a strong sense of dedication and purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we continue to set the standard in our industry. In this role, you will immerse yourself in learning our established processes to cater to our existing base of 2,000 business clients. Additionally, you will focus on cultivating relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and generated leads. Your responsibilities will extend to guiding a small team through the same set of tasks, providing training to nurture their development. Over time, you will progress into the position of Agency Director as you master the necessary skills using our proprietary systems and procedures. This opportunity offers a competitive weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.
