Up to $110,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Services Consultant / IT Consultant to join our team in Washington, D.C.

This role requires a candidate who is proficient in a wide range of IT tasks and projects, with a strong focus on advanced technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in server migrations, group policy updates, routing, VPNs, multi-factor authentication, and leading teams.

Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support and consulting services to clients in the Washington, D.C. area, with 2-3 days of onsite presence per week
Lead and execute server migrations that incorporate database files, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Manage and update group policies to meet the evolving needs of clients
Implement and configure routing and VPN solutions to ensure secure and efficient network connectivity
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support as needed
Implement multi-factor authentication solutions to enhance security for client systems and data
Provide expertise and guidance on DKIM and DMARC protocols as needed
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated technical issues, taking ownership and driving resolution

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT roles with a focus on advanced technical solutions
Strong experience with server migrations, group policy updates, routing, and VPNs
Proficiency in leading and managing IT teams, with a track record of successful project delivery
Experience implementing multi-factor authentication solutions
Familiarity with DKIM and DMARC protocols is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with both onsite and remote responsibilities
