Description
The Associate Account Manager role requires an individual who is professional and courteous, and who displays drive, determination, pro-activity, and self-motivation.
The individual in this position is expected to be pursuing a career in insurance and the position of Account Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Account Executives and Account Managers will include but is not limited to:
Photocopying
Printing
Binding
Labeling
Data Entry
Scanning
Process MVRs as per established Agency guidelines
Maintain department reports as request by supervisor
Maintenance of department carrier information and website management
Adhere to all Agency systems, procedures, and state regulations
Assume other job responsibilities as requested by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred
1-year professional experience
Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to MS Office and automated agency management systems
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Above average mathematical skills
Ability to work in a positive team environment
Ability to work in a positive team environment

Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
