    The sales and marketing manager is responsible for leading their team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company.

    They track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and maintain customer relations.

    IS THIS YOU?Sales And Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:
    In addition to managing staff, responsibilities include developing and researching marketing opportunities and sales strategies.
    Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
    Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
    Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
    Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
    Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
    Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
    Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements.
    Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
    Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
    Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
    Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

    Make regular sales/account management calls and site visitsCalls should be measurable and have a consistent number focusing on cold calls, discovery appointments and follow up activity.

    Keep abreast of the market climate and competitive activities, including pricing, recruiting practices strategies, competitor organization talent and staffing changes, etc.

    Maintain active membership in approved civic or trade groups for the purpose of representing the company, meeting prospective clients, and/or improving the business stature of our company5.

    Execute a marketing plan in your Area and utilize corporate Marketing programs and services.
    Maintain an active Area and personal Sales Funnel for the purposes of prospecting.

    Use all tools available to maximize market opportunity (Bond, Businesswise, Constant Contact, LinkedIn, etc.).Personally, ensure that our most strategically important clients are very satisfied with our servicesEnsure we operate with our clients at high levels of performance.

    Grow and maintain deep and wide relationships with our clients.
    Ensure there are quality measures in place for each specific client to strengthen our relationships.

    Oversee the operations function to ensure a sufficient supply of staffing employees are available to meet client needs and quality control programs are being followed and documented.

    Ensure our policies and procedures are followed.
    Skills1. Bachelor's degree business preferred in a related field or equivalent experience2. Sales hunter mentality3. Staffing industry, B2B and service related selling experience4. Sales or sales management/supervisory experience within the staffing industry highly preferred5. Ability to plan work activities, use time efficiently, and develop realistic action plans6. Strong analytical skills, able to assess situations, develop and implement resolutions7. Solid business acumen, ability to formulate and present a business plan / proposal8. Ability to build networking relationships and professional associations9. Excellent leadership, management, written and verbal communication skills10. Working knowledge of labor and employment laws11. Excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills.12. Ability to persuade and motivate and speak clearly and persuasively in positive or challenging situations
