HR Manager/Personnel Officer (m/f/d) (part-time)

Help shape the new organization and promote sustainable transportation

As a newly established company of the state of Lower Saxony, we at SinON are responsible for the maintenance and marketing of over 250 km of railway network in the Wittingen - Celle - Soltau - Lüneburg - Winsen (Luhe) - Hamburg region. We work daily to increase the amount of freight transported by rail and reactivate local public transportation. In doing so, we actively contribute to the transition to sustainable transportation.

Our goal is to create a modern company organization with digital processes, high levels of autonomy, and individual responsibility across all functional areas. As part of the complete restructuring of our HR department, we are establishing a permanent part-time position at our Celle location. We are looking for a communicative, reliable, and trustworthy individual to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Rebuilding the HR department & implementing HR software
  • Supporting employees throughout their entire life cycle - hiring, onboarding, development, and offboarding
  • Developing and implementing recruiting concepts
  • Employee development/talent management - supporting, implementing, developing, conducting feedback/annual reviews, career planning, training, etc.
