Managing service providers in converting HR department requirements into technical solution concepts
Analysis of target goals for feasibility
Coordination of implementation in close collaboration with business process managers (m/w/d)
Support in shaping the SAP solution as part of the introduction of SAP S/4HANA and joint support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors
Responsibility for the support and further development of IT systems and interfaces in the HR environment (e.g. ATOSS, Paisy) in collaboration with the respective service providers
Active promotion of knowledge transfer and exchange of experience with IT and business process managers
