Junior Team Leaders (m/f/d) for our customer service at our location in Pirmasens.

Job Description:

In your role as a Junior Team Leader, you will act as the interface between your team and the team/ project management.

You will be the first point of contact for your colleagues and responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient customer service of your team.

Your tasks:

Previous leadership experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
After comprehensive training, you will support the team/ project management in quality management and take on training and coaching of employees, as well as feedback discussions.
This also includes the support and training of employees working from home. You will receive training from us for this specialized task.
You will work on the continuous analysis and optimization of work processes.
As a Junior Team Leader, you will ensure the quality and productivity of your team.
You will handle customer escalation discussions.
You will communicate with good German language skills, both written and spoken.
