As part of our continued growth in the research and development department, we are currently seeking a team leader (m/f/d) for our new Compressor Development team.

Job Description

Our research and development department at our Kiel location currently consists of twenty employees (m/f/d). As the newly created team leader for Compressor Development (m/f/d), you will primarily be responsible for leading and capacity planning for the team in development projects. This includes ensuring the timely and cost-effective development of new compressors while maintaining a focus on internal and external customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the development of specifications-compliant designs within the given time and cost constraints
  • Providing technical support to other departments and coordinating with teams such as testing, trial, and assembly
  • Continuously improving compressor designs, components, and parts, as well as their technical development
  • Resource and capacity planning within the team
  • Supervising the team's technical work
