- Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution or is completing their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of engineering experience
- Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degree

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Engineer (level 1) or Engineer (level 2). This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Melbourne, FL. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Product Support organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for research and/or product development in more than one engineering discipline. In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:

Salary Range: $55,100 - $82,700Salary Range 2: $66,600 - $99,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
