Amazon — Process Engineer Intern (Seattle, WA) May 2023 - Aug 2023
● Collaborated with SDEs, technical product managers, and process engineers to debug, design,
test, and deploy 7 programs used by 1.7 million Amazon sellers each week
● Led fatals reduction program for top 4 critical programs, in turn reducing volume pages on call
engineer receives as well as timeout errors displayed to selling partners by 56%
● Designed, integration tested, and launched a credit card account ownership API replacement
under the guidance of a seasoned SDE achieving a fatal reduction rate of 10%-98%
● Collaborated with global cross-functional teams to devise a plan to identify and address
non-value-added cases, with the end goal of associates being able to dedicate their time to
high-impact seller support cases
Florida Blue —Data Science Intern (Jacksonville, FL) May 2022 - Aug 2022
● Created a Python Dash dashboard that captures the usage and efficiency of over 50 trained model
● Ran Exploratory Data Analysis, LDA, did Topic Modeling, and used Zero-Shot Learning on
Snomed and ICD-10 codes to understand the progression of health over the past half decade

● Created a fully functional dashboard that traverses Twitter for Neurotech job opportunities
● Updated dashboard with React Hooks, Twitter API, and Django REST framework(backend)
● Created an application that used both the subject and body of an email (Gmail's API and ELMo
NLP machine learning model) to find job opportunities
