Als Project Engineer Fire& Safety draag je samen met de projectmanager zorg voor de realisatie van uitdagende projecten en tevreden opdrachtgevers.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de projecten in samenwerking met de Projectmanager. Je ondersteunt de Projectmanager met de technische aspecten waaronder detail- en uitengineering, het maken van tekeningen, software parameters en de functionele omschrijvingen over de uitvoering van een project. Je zal ook regelmatig op de projectlocatie aanwezig zijn.
Minder omvangrijke projecten zal je als Project Engineer volledig zelfstandig beheren.
Meer in detail bestaan jouw taken uit:
Technisch vertalen van het initiële ontwerp/offerte naar het projectplan voor uitvoering
In de offerte/ontwerpfase ben je al i.s.m. de project & accountmanager betrokken en draag je bij aan de technische specificaties;
Tijdens de projectuitvoering ben je de contactpersoon voor de klant, de onderaannemers en betrokken partijen;
Je bezoekt indien noodzakelijk de projectlocatie voor technische schouwingen, kick-off of tussentijdse voortgang overleggen met de opdrachtgever;
Waar nodig ondersteun je ter plaatse bij complexe projecten de inbedrijfsteller en instrueer/faciliteer je de (externe) installateur;
Ondersteunen van de Projectmanager op organisatorisch en technisch gebied;
Identificeren en waar nodig escaleren van operationele issues en minimaliseren van vertragingen;
Zorgdragen voor up-to-date (projectie) tekeningen, schema's, werkopdrachten en testrapporten (RvO);
Opstellen van de programmering;
Bewaking van de planning in samenwerking met de Projectmanager;
Verantwoordelijk voor het binnen de afgesproken termijn afsluiten van projecten inclusief projectoverdracht (revisie).
Wat heb je nodig?
Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar kan ook goed zelfstandig werken. Door jouw technische kennis, gestructureerde aanpak en aandacht voor details voorkom je issues in het project of los je deze tijdig op. Je bent communicatief sterk in zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.

• MBO, bij voorkeur (i, elektronica)

• Ervaring in het projectmatig werken

• Affiniteit met de door Ascom (Nederland) gevoerde producten

• Kennis van geavanceerd tekenpakketten (zoals Autocad, Stabibase, PipeCad)

• Kennis van NEN Normeringen 2535 en 2575 is een pré;
Diploma projecteringsdeskundige BMI/OAI (of bereid deze te behalen);
