    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Coach to support the head coach in team management, administrative tasks, and ensuring overall team success. Responsibilities include overseeing team activities, supervising games, assisting with recruitment, and managing travel arrangements.

    Job Duties
    • Organize sports events and practice sessions.
    • Maintain training equipment and facilities.
    • Assist in student recruitment.
    • Monitor team performance.
    • Keep records of students, training sessions, and games.
    • Facilitate training sessions and workouts.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Support head coach with assigned duties.
    • Build a positive team environment.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Previous coaching or playing experience preferred.
    • Familiarity with or willingness to learn NJCAA rules.
    • Reliable, committed, and available.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Outstanding organizational and attention to detail skills.
    • High energy levels.
