Job Description

We are looking for dynamic individuals with top-notch customer service skills to join our squad of computer pros. The role of Computer Technician at our company blends hardware wizardry with desktop support mastery.

Install, assemble, troubleshoot, and repair desktops and laptops (Windows PCs, Apple MacOS, and Chromebooks)
Set up and troubleshoot computer peripherals like headphones, keyboards, mice, and monitors
Help users connect new devices to networks (e.g., video doorbells, gaming consoles)
Teach users how to navigate personal computers and networks
Aid in configuring mobile OS and apps on devices like iPhones, iPads, and Android gadgets

This position offers room for growth – nail it, and you could step up to become a top-tier computer systems whiz.

For this role, you must:

Hold a current CompTIA A+ Certification or be ready to get it within 90 days of starting or prove equivalent expertise
Have a valid driver's license, insurance, and a good driving record
Be cool with daily drives of up to 100 miles
Be able to lift items up to 50lbs
Maintain a professional look and attitude always
Keep your workspace tidy and be punctual, take detailed notes, and communicate well with teammates
Be a multitasking champ without compromising on quality
Be open to a flexible schedule that might include Saturdays
