    Compensation: 20% Commission on all sales upfront and 10% residuals monthly plus bonuses.
    Base salary available after 60 days with benefits, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with potential customers to understand their unique needs and challenges.
    • Present our products/services to clients, highlighting their features and benefits effectively.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
    • Actively generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
    • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to enhance our products/services.

    Qualifications:

    • Background in Sales
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • High level of selfmotivation and a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
