Your responsibilities:


  • First point of contact on site for management and clients
  • Personnel planning and deployment
  • Assisting in the hiring process of new employees
  • Coordinating the work/tasks of onsite employees
  • Creating and monitoring work schedules
  • Employee supervision and facility checks
  • Improving and maintaining quality standards
  • Ensuring compliance with facilityspecific security and safety regulations, including occupational safety, fire safety, environmental protection, and data protection
  • Investigating, clarifying, and documenting securityrelated incidents

Your profile:


  • Experience and training in a trade profession
  • Experience in
    construction site logistics, not warehouse logistics:
  • Career changers with relevant experience and leadership aspirations
  • Teamoriented, thrive in challenging environments, and can adapt quickly to changing demands
  • Good manners and a friendly demeanor
  • Commitment and enjoyment in working with people
  • Assertiveness
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Class B driver's license
