Hollerhaus gGmbH is a subsidiary of EJF gAG and as a service provider for integration assistance (according to SGB IX), we are open to people with different and complex disabilities.

Our main goal is to enable every person, according to their individual abilities, to have equal participation in society. This includes participation in education, social participation, participation in the workforce, and special services for self-determined living.

As a school companion, you will assist a child or young person with disabilities at a school in Ingolstadt. The aim of school companionship is to promote inclusion and ensure participation in the field of education.

We are looking for you to join us as soon as possible in a part-time position (approx. 20 hours/week) until July 31, 2024.


Your tasks will include:

  • Support in providing materials
  • Support in communication, motivation, and encouragement for independent action
  • Support in teaching organizational principles
  • Encouraging contact with classmates
  • Accompanying during school breaks and mandatory school events (school trips, possibly school camp stays)
  • General support during this time
  • Participation in care plan meetings

You bring with you:

  • Preferably experience in working with children and young people with high support needs
