- Education – Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related area; Master's degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in mechanical construction engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred.
- Proficiency in engineering software, mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
- Knowledge of construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc.
- Good knowledge of construction industry regulations.
- Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and PDF experience.
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop mechanical construction project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and oversee the installation of mechanical systems.
- Analyze and resolve mechanical engineering issues and challenges.
- Support senior engineers in project execution and coordination.
- Ensure project completion within budget, scope, and timeline.
- Assist mechanical construction work such as utility piping and HVAC.
- Adhere to and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
