Lead all aspects of insight gathering for company portfolio
Define and translate research objectives and key business questions into study plans, recommend appropriate methodology, and present insights to internal stakeholders
Work with Sr. Director to build and maintain global forecast as well as monitoring /validating underlying assumptions
Lead team effort to understand all sources of real-time data to inform commercial targeting and investments (ROI, multi-channel marketing)
Collect timely competitive intelligence and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
Manage external research vendors and data providers
Qualifications
BS Life Sciences/Math/Statistics/Business; Master's degree or MBA preferred
Minimum of 8 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field required
Primary and secondary market research experience required
Launch experience preferred
Experience in immunology/inflammation indications desirable
Experience building data bases and presenting to senior management
Proven analytical skills and learning agility
Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics
Strong communication and presentation skills
