Summary:


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Visual Content Creation:
  • Design visually appealing and impactful presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools to support internal and external communication needs.
  • Develop engaging visuals, graphics, and illustrations to enhance the effectiveness of communication materials.
  • Video Script Creation:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize, script, and storyboard video content for internal and external audiences.
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling video scripts that effectively convey key messages and align with organizational objectives.
  • Social Media Content Development:
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create engaging and shareable content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets, to drive audience interaction and participation.
  • Content Coordination and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Marketing, HR, Sales, and Operations, to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency in communication efforts.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on communication best practices, messaging, and content development.
  • Analytics and Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement based on data insights and audience feedback.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

This position is an individual contributor with no direct reports.


Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


Education and/or Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe photoshop
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience in video scripting and production, including storyboarding and directing, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and best practices for content creation and community management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
  • Creative thinking, problemsolving abilities, and a passion for effective communication and storytelling.

Language Skills:

Ability to read words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to comprehend and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.

Requires moderate interpersonal and communication skills to ensure that customer requests or needs are met. Acknowledges and clarifies customer inquiries, requests, or complaints to ensure that needs are identified, documented and addressed.
