    Branch Manager Albuquerque Job Details Job Location Albuquerque - , NM Description Air Compressor Solutions (ACS) is a full service distributor for Ingersoll Rand, Doosan Equipment and other equipment lines. We cover a wide range of tools, air compressors and generator products. This position will consist of providing our customers with power solutions to solve a multitude of applications. This position will focus on preparing new equipment for sale, installation of equipment at customer locations, general maintenance of equipment at customer locations, troubleshooting and repair of equipment, evaluation of equipment while in use, evaluation of equipment sizing, inspection of equipment interfaces, and general repair of equipment at our facility.

    ACS is a growing, family owned company that has been in operation for over 30 years in the Permian Basin. This position will be for a highly motivated person with a positive attitude and a desire to exceed our customers expectations. There are many opportunities for growth, training and development for this position. Since we are a smaller company, our employees are able to grow in many different areas.

    Qualifications **Job Requirements**

    Must be a self-directed, professional, clean work appearance, organized, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Candidate must be able to work with customers and leave them with a positive image of ACS at the end of each interaction and promote returning business.

    Identify new business potentials for sales in rental equipment, parts and service for ACS

    Reach out to business potentials via leads, visits, referrals, cold calls, among others.

    Manage Branch Budget.

    Reports Branch KPIs, Financials Projections and Branch Forecast.

    Provide excellent Customer Service through a friendly, helpful and prompt manner. Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues and be able to recommend solutions.

    Candidate must have a positive attitude toward their job and the customers we serve.

    Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

    Ability to follow instructions and complete complicated processes to correct issues.

    Maintains a safe working environment by being mindful of surroundings and safe operation of equipment.

    Remain current on product and industry changes through reading and training.

    The Store Manager prepares the work schedule for technicians, conducts opening and closing procedures, supervises the team in all activities involved with operating the storefront, shop and warehouse

    **Skills and Abilities**

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    Strong phone communication skills and basic computer skills.

    Experience of P&L reports and understanding the financial responsibility of a profitable branch

    Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

    Effectively communicate with customers, peers and management;

    Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures;

    Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment and solve problems, including engines, electrical systems and generators. These failures will include mechanical and electrical issues.

    Ability to work with customers to determine what issues they have and what ACS can do to help correct any issues.

    **Education**

    High school diploma or GED certificate accepted, 4 year college degree preferred

    5 years minimum experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment such as air compressors, diesel engines or other industrial equipment

    Military experience and training with honorable discharge a plus.

    Proven experience of store management with a proven steady incline of growth and profit.

    **Physical Demands**

    Use of hands/fingers, or feet during normal job requirements.

    Stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl while working on equipment.

    Lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. (and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance.)

    Hook up a trailer to a service vehicle and be comfortable driving with equipment attached.

    Be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and outside weather conditions (extreme heat and cold).

    Required to work in areas of extreme temperatures due to weather conditions and operating equipment.

    Ability to climb various equipment and ladders, lift and carry equipment, tools and components weighing up to 50 lbs.

    Air Compressor Solutions performs background and drug tests prior to hiring.
