Your Mission:


As the driving force behind our digital transformation, we are looking for a tech-savvy individual to revolutionize our manual processes through intelligent automation solutions. With your extensive knowledge in CRM systems and data analysis, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our sales strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, optimize, and automate existing sales and back-office processes.
  • Continuously develop and maintain our CRM system to increase efficiency and improve data quality.
  • Create automated workflows and scripts, preferably using PowerShell, to simplify daily tasks.
  • Develop and implement data analysis and visualizations using SQL and PowerBI to enable data-driven decision making.
  • Manage email and phone correspondence, as well as proposal creation and order processing.
  • Take responsibility for database maintenance and report creation for internal stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in working with CRM systems and adapting them to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrated success in automating business processes, preferably in the sales field.
  • Strong analytical skills and extensive knowledge in SQL, PowerBI, and PowerShell.
  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on IT, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a self-directed
