- Lead development & execution of brand strategy and annual marketing plans to achieve business and financial goals of Mosaic Biosciences (including budget management)
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the growers' personas' and purchase journey by identifying market research needs, oversee research efforts, identify applicable insights to inform marketing/business efforts
- Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to generate, engage and convert leads at scale
- Partner with and effectively manage agency and internal partners to drive media, digital, social, and PR initiatives
- Closely align and partner with Sales team to develop sales enablement/toolkits to support key brand initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related
- 5+ years strategic brand management experience

Where will you work: This role can be located at either our Durham NC, Plymouth MN or Lithia FL office. You will also have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (Wednesday's/Friday's remote - Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the office).
