KG at our headquarters in Hamburg-Eppendorf as a Human Resources Specialist with a focus on recruiting (m/f/d). We welcome your support either part-time or full-time.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Ensuring a successful recruiting process from developing job postings, posting job ads, screening applications, preselecting candidates, and scheduling interviews
Managing a successful recruiting mix of job ads, social media recruiting, active sourcing, and collaboration with recruiters and service providers
Advising managers on suitable recruiting measures
Participation in various projects, such as applicant management systems, employer branding campaigns, or the development of the career website

Qualifications you should bring:

Completed commercial training or a business administration degree, ideally with a focus on human resources
Experience in recruiting, preferably with some experience in the automotive industry
Good knowledge of MS Office and
