We are currently seeking support for our exceptional team in the area of accommodation services during lunch and afternoon hours.

Responsibilities:

Independent processing of incoming booking orders within the framework of our temporary staffing services
Processing of cancellations and changes to booking orders
Processing of incoming invoices from accommodation providers and arranging payments and charges
Processing of advance payment invoices from temporary staff and arranging payments and charges
Processing of travel expense reimbursements for our temporary staff
Ongoing updating of master data for our contract hotels and other accommodation providers

Qualifications:

Commercial training or relevant work experience in this field
Enjoyment of modern computer work
Good organizational skills and flexibility in adjusting priorities according to workload
Precise, reliable and independent work for optimal transparency within the team and across departments
Strong communication skills with clients, temporary staff, and external interfaces
Team spirit and a positive attitude
Desire for recognition for your work
