- Updating client details in Moraware (CRM).
- Problem solving and issue resolution - working with measure technician, design manager, and sometimes installers to align to customer's wants and needs.
- Meet revenue targets by further developing accounts: Kitchen and Bath, Remodelers, contractors and Builders.
- Create a win-win scenario for our partners to build a long-lasting partnership model for success.
- Strong communication with multiple stakeholders at accounts to ensure countertop project details are communicated in a clear and timely manner to project management.
- Build relationships at multiple levels of an organization from designers, project managers, to VP's, CEO's and owners to ensure we are being a good partner.
- Promote Richstone's core principles of fast turnaround time, competitive pricing and exceptional customer service.
- Ability to quickly jump on marketing/inbound leads and act as an overall team player helping out with accounts where needed.
- Develop strategic plans for growing key accounts and revisit plans regularly.
- Enhances organization's reputation by exuding professionalism at all times.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Keep detailed records of customer interaction, expenses, sales invoices, email communication, and contractual agreements.
- Attended regular industry events to promote Richstone as a company and our services, with about 50% of these events occurring after-hours.

About The Company
Richstone Surfaces is a family-owned and operated business that started in 2007 focused on high-quality customer service, fast turnaround times and excellent finished product for residential, contractor, and commercial projects. Richstone has a brand new 25,000 sq ft facility for showroom, office space and fabrication warehouse space
Current Client Base
We have active remodeler, contractor, kitchen & bath, production builders, and commercial accounts that need support with consultation, securing of projects to quote, make color and material selections, design recommendations, and communicating all the project details to project management for the accurate installation. This is primarily a hunter role with about 10% - 20% of account management efforts added as your client list builds. Richstone gives many opportunities for account growth with selling tile, cabinets, countertops, fireplaces, wall-cladding, bathtub surround and many other types of projects.
Future Outlook
With the new facility we are in a position to take on new accounts and to better grow and service our existing accounts. We are investing heavily in new equipment and latest automated technology such as a waterjet for cutting, Slabsmith and Photo Station for layouts and programming, Proliner and Flexijet for digitally/laser measuring jobs to ensure accuracy.
Initial Quota will start in the $1.5 Million range based on experience and the candidate's responsibilities. Over time we expect to have larger accounts that will enable this quota to grow to $3 million within 1-2 years in sales and the potential for the additional compensation to go with it. You will receive a quarterly bonus on hitting your quota on top of your monthly commission from your projects.
