Bowie & Jensen, LLC is in search of a transactional associate attorney with 5 to 7 years of technology-related and general corporate experience, as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and secured financing work.

Preference given to candidates with large law firm experience. Maryland Bar admission is necessary.
