Job Summary
At Conrad Siegel, the qualified candidate is a motivated, self-starter who has attained valuable industry experience allowing them to complete all job responsibilities independently and with merit. The Senior Human Resources Generalist reports to the Director of Human Resources and supports all human resources functions. Primary tasks include recruiting, hiring, and retaining team members. The Senior Human Resources Generalist leads office support staff and oversees operations of the in-house print and mail room.

Working Hours & Expectations
This position is full-time exempt and requires an average of 40 hours per week. In-office work schedule during the training period, followed by an ongoing hybrid work schedule.
Physical Requirements
While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to sit for several hours at a time. The employee is regularly required to operate a computer and telephone. Work environment includes an indoor office with uniform temperatures.
