- Answers all incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Obtain patient demographics, insurance information and requested procedure data from various sources (MI, EPIC and PenRad) to reserve a scheduled appointment time.
- Places outgoing appointment calls to patients/medical offices.
- Performs related work as required and other duties as assigned.
- Position may include extended hours and Saturday rotation
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of insurance verification
- Ability to use common software packages (e.g., spreadsheets, databases, word processing, statistical, e-mail and internet).
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely, follow and comprehend oral and written instruction.
- High school graduation or GED.
- A minimum of Two years of call center in a healthcare setting
- Bilingual in Spanish

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.80 per hour
