We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be working with our Call Center team to provide exceptional member service on all transactions, problem resolution, and educate members on the benefits of appropriate products or services that align with their financial needs.
Every day, you will assist members and potential members with their telephone requests, answer questions about products and services, and resolve problems that are within your authority to resolve.
To thrive in this role, you should have one to three years of similar or related call center or financial institution experience.
This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring strong interpersonal skills, a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping others.
Key Skills and Experience:
Call Center Hours of operation are: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm. Saturday 8:00-3:00pm.
