    Description

    The Pinballz Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, processing customer orders, producing meals, and making sure food service runs smoothly, consistently, timely, and effectively. The Pinballz cook is required to cook food to proper health standards, use correct pars and follow recipes consistently. Their duties include ensuring food is delivered correctly and made to order specifications. The Pinballz cook will maintain food safety and sanitation standards. The Pinballz cook is responsible for meeting company goals and improving customer satisfaction by delivering food that is not only delicious but consistent.

    General Duties/Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensures all orders are filled quickly and accurately and food is made to order specifications and pars.
    • Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients. Ensure ingredients are fresh.
    • Provides support to other team members during peak periods.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes.
    • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
    • Execute opening and closing procedures.
    • Knowledge of company promotions, specials, and menus.
    • Set up prep workstation with requirements ingredients and equipment.
    • Handle and store ingredients. Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
    • Operation kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, and broilers.
    Role Requirements:
    • Previous experience as a cook. 1-3 years restaurant experience. Pizza experience is a plus.
    • Flexibility in work schedule reflecting the needs and patterns of the location.
    • Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures.
    • Capable of learning quickly and memorizing menu details.
    • Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly. Must be able to bend, squat, turn, and work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
    • Must have a valid TABC and FHL certificate.
    • Must be 18 years of age.
