    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
    • State licensure in South Carolina, Florida, Michigan, Louisiana, or Texas. (Any of these, not all)
    • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Originate, evaluate, and close mortgage loans.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
    • Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction.
