    One of Insight Global's banking clients is seeking a motivated Residential Loan Officer to join their Residential Lending team in.

    As a Residential Loan Officer, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families secure residential mortgage loans.

    Your expertise will contribute to clients financial well-being and support the banks growth.

    Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
    Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Residential Loan Officer in a commercial banking environment.
    Must have experience selling to a secondary mortgage market
    Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and lending guidelines.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in loan origination/management software Encompass preferred (Floify, Qualia, CreditOnline, Maxwell, Creatio CRM, Loandisk, LendingPad are equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Bilingual and Fluent in Spanish
