  • Ensuring and guaranteeing a needs-based and high quality of care, support and advice in compliance with applicable legal regulations and nursing science findings
  • Supporting the nursing management in personnel planning, personnel management and personnel development as well as in the implementation and evaluation of work processes and tour planning
  • Collaboration in the planning, implementation and evaluation of work processes while ensuring and further developing quality management
  • Close cooperation with the nursing management, quality officer, practice instructor and the team as well as clients, their relatives and caregivers
  • A completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), geriatric nurse or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally with management experience in the outpatient sector
  • Ideally, an additional qualification as a practice instructor
  • Professional and strong social skills in the areas of employee management and development as well as communication skills
  • Class B driver's license
  • An independent, dedicated personality with motivation, flexibility and a positive attitude towards the goals of the Workers' Welfare
