Currently, I am looking for a freight forwarder (m/f/d) for my client, an international logistics company with roots in customs clearance and transport organization, located in Hattiesburg, MS.

My client is a leading logistics service provider, specializing in innovative and reliable solutions for transport and warehouse logistics.

Their mission is to provide customers with a unique service based on high performance, flexibility, and a partnership on equal footing.

As a specialist in international transport of goods of all kinds, they have made a name for themselves as a reliable partner in the logistics industry.

Your responsibilities:

As a clerk in the import department, you are responsible for independently managing and processing international air freight shipments
Ideally, you are able to handle import clearance independently
You maintain the goods in and out of the system and forward orders to our own warehouse
Naturally, you ensure efficient processing in your daily work
Creating transport and customs documents is part of your daily tasks
You will daily support our customers from the ecommerce sector and organize FBA transports
You handle the invoicing of services and maintain close contact with customers
Participation in customer meetings and process optimization discussions is a regular part of your job

Your profile:

You have successfully completed vocational training with a focus on logistics and/or freight forwarding, such as a logistics specialist, freight forwarder, specialist for freight forwarding and logistics services, logistics manager, etc. (m/f/d)
