What we're looking for:

To strengthen our legal team in Sabana Seca, PR, we are looking for a fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Independent, crossdepartmental legal advice on a variety of legal issues, particularly in the areas of IP & UWG and IT law, as well as product compliance and transport law in the field of ecommerce
Creation of internal guidelines, contract templates, and guidelines
Conducting settlement negotiations, correspondence with customers, lawyers, external service providers, authorities, and courts
Design and implementation of training in the abovementioned areas
Legal support and implementation of international crossdepartmental projects, e.g. in the areas of marketing (including social media), private brands, and customer experience
