- Develop performance optimization suggestions related to dedicated networks.
- Develop and implement KPIs to maximize fleet utilization (turns per truck per week) across all fleets.
- Assist in developing policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality control and cost containment.
- Help develop recommendations on optimal fleet sizing (where to add/reduce trucks, trailers, etc.) and high-potential lanes for each fleet.
- Perform shipment assignment analysis (OTR, Dedicated, Fleet Backhaul, Hybrid).
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency, productivity, and processes.
- Maintain appropriate records and prepare reports.
- Coordinate logistics activities with internal/external stakeholders.
- Support additional projects as necessary.
- A bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or logistics is highly preferred; other relatable experiences are also applicable.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Transportation Management.
- Dedicated transportation experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word,
- Advanced skills in: Excel/VBA, Power BI
- High level of business acumen and communication and presentation skills throughout varying levels of the organization, from line-level employees up to the C-suite
