In this role, you will:

Lead and develop a team responsible for store operations, while also assisting with tasks as needed.
Support the Store Manager and ensure that processes are implemented correctly.
Be responsible for strategic demand planning and inventory accuracy in your store.
Manage incoming shipments and communicate with your team.
Ensure highquality products and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with our procurement department and rider managers.
Manage riders and associates in your store, maintaining clear communication and delegating tasks when necessary.
Have a thorough understanding of different operational processes and platforms, and stay updated on new implementations.
Possess indepth knowledge of warehouse KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, people) and work towards improving them during shifts.
