Your Responsibilities:

In essence, you will be responsible for managing our construction projects during the warranty phase, making a significant contribution to positive customer relationships

Your tasks will include:

Managing and coordinating the entire warranty management process in collaboration with the project manager
Reviewing and evaluating warranty claims
Analyzing defects in construction projects, sharing insights and findings with the quality assurance department, and establishing standards based on this information
Identifying and analyzing errors to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes
Developing and implementing measures to address defects and ensure their resolution

Your Profile:

You have a degree in civil engineering/architecture or a comparable qualification, or have acquired equivalent qualifications through professional experience
You have gained initial work experience, possibly through internships or working student positions, in the field of turnkey construction/highrise construction
You have the ability to holistically and economically carry out tasks
You have basic knowledge of construction law, detailed planning, and building physics
Your strengths include excellent communication skills and a high level of customer and quality orientation
You are accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility
You are familiar with MS Office programs
