Coordination Specialist (m/f/d) - North Hartsville, SC


The German Children's Hospice Association supports children and adolescents nationwide with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their siblings and parents.

The individual needs of each family member are taken into account.


For the
"Ambulanter Kinder- und Jugendhospizdienst Minden-Lübbecke" based in Minden, we are looking for a part-time (50%) Coordination Specialist (m/f/d) starting on October 1st, 2024.

You have experience in hospice work with children and adolescents. You are cooperative, flexible with your time, and open in your interactions with people. Working in a team is familiar to you, and you are used to independently completing and organizing your tasks.


In addition, you should meet the following personal requirements:

  • Completed degree in social pedagogy / social work
    _or_:
  • Completed degree in the field of nursing (e.g. nursing management, nursing education, etc.)

_or_:

  • Completed vocational training in (pediatric) nursing
    _and_:
  • At least three years of professional experience in one of the aforementioned fields.
A valid driver's license (Class B) is also required.

The following additional qualifications would be desirable for fulfilling the professional requirements according to the framework conditions of § 39a SGB V:

  • (Pediatric) palliative care training
