    Job Summary:


    The Senior Software Developer is responsible for transforming business and technical design requirements into applications and services managed and supported by EB Administration and Consulting Technology, improving system and process quality, and supporting the teams that build our products.


    Duties / Responsibilities:
    Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system defects and address client operability issues.

    Mentor and support other team members, and perform code reviews, to ensure consistent application of coding and design patterns and other best practices.

    Maintain proper documentation of libraries and object structure through the use of Team Foundation Services and appropriate in-code comments.
    Assist the development team in growing each other's knowledge of the systems by sharing knowledge of various system components.

    Provide software development support in whatever capacity deemed necessary for the successful completion of EB Admin Tech strategic initiatives, including but not limited to interfacing with support, quality assurance, operational staff, production managers and business customers.

    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    7+ years of software development experience.

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications:


    Demonstrated knowledge of (or willingness to learn) new technologies, including Blazor for web applications as well as mobile application development using the .NET Maui framework.

    Design, develop and support web and mobile applications and associated architecture from a full-stack perspective, leveraging modern .NET framework-related technologies.

    Experience working in an Agile Software Development Life Cycle on Scrum teams leveraging Microsoft Azure DevOps for work item management.

    Excellent organization and time management skills.
