    Description


    Ready to lead a development team building the first communicatoins hub for HR and recruiting? Do you want to write code that changes lives, does good, and is disrupting the recruiting industry? If so, read on.


    We're a fast-growing, venture backed SaaS company based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and we're looking for a developer who is ready to help us scale up.

    That means you'll be helping us build the product and our development process.

    We use:
    AWS and Google Cloud
    Git
    PostgreSQL
    Python, Go and Javascript

    Backend:
    Django & DRF, and a Golang websocket server
    for our frontend
    Multiple telco clouds for SMS, voice, video and other messaging services
    Minimum Requirements
    2+ years of Python and Django experience
    2+ years of SQL, including Postgres
    High level of comfort with github, github actions
    2+ years of working with AWS
    Demonstrate experience building great APIs using DRF
    You are ready to lead by example
    Degree or equivalent experience

    Compensation
    Pay is based on experience.
